How are Baydian scarfs made?
Each scarf is hand-painted with a mixture of acrylic and fabric paint. Depending on the scarf, the strips of fabric are sewn in-house as well.

- We do accept orders placed outside of the U.S.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will ship within 1 - 2 weeks of purchase date. However, international shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 3 weeks.

How do I clean my Baydian scarf?
Hand wash your scarf in cold water separately. Do not bleach. Line dry and use a cool iron if needed. For stains, use a standard stain remover and follow the directions for the stained spot.

Can I request an item to be restocked?
If an item is sold out, you can email us at customerservice@baydiancollection.com to state your interest in ordering the product.

If we are unable to fulfill that order, specifically in the original color, we will offer to produce a one-of-a-kind item with the original scarf design but on a color of your choice.
